When we disobey God's Law, God sends archists as a judgment/curse against us.
We see this repeatedly in the Scripture. Israel lusts after gentile archists (like Moloch, which means "king"). God delivers Israel into the hand of these pagan archists, and Israel cries out for deliverance, and God delivers them by sending a deliverer, or "savior" or "judge" who "saves" Israel from the pagan archists.
A "savior" -- in the Bible -- is someone who delivers sinners out of the hands of archists. A "savior" "saves" us from archists, which are the consequences ("curse") for our sins.
God promises that sin will bring archists.
Sinners love archists. Sinful cultures "vote" for archists.
Sinful cultures are invaded by archists.
On the other hand,
Godly, obedient cultures will be free of archists. They will be
free from their tyranny, violence and immorality. They will experience peace. They will experience
"civilization." They will
experience "salvation." These are all different words for the same social condition.

"The Sword" does not mean a large metal blade will not walk through your land. It means an army of archists will not walk through your land, restricting and plundering. America's Declaration of Independence complained about an empire that "has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our People, and eat out their substance."
